Rental Guidelines & Policies
To ensure every guest enjoys beautiful tea service, please review the following rental guidelines:
• Rentals are available for a 24-hour rental period unless otherwise arranged.
• A signed rental agreement and payment are required to reserve your rental date.
• All items should be rinsed and free of food or beverage residue before return. Full washing is not required.
• Items must be returned in the containers provided.
• The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, chipped, cracked, or broken items during the rental period.
• Replacement fees will be assessed for damaged or missing pieces.
• Rental items should not be placed in dishwashers unless otherwise instructed.
• Pickup and return times will be provided at booking.
• Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees.
• Sip & Spill reserves the right to decline rentals that may place inventory at risk.
By reserving rental items, the renter agrees to these terms and conditions.
