Shipping Policy

Sip & Spill Tea Co. ships eligible products through USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Please allow time for both order processing and USPS transit. Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing may be affected by postal delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Sip & Spill Tea Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review the concern.

Freshly brewed bottled teas are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY and are not available for shipping.

Tea cakes and eligible loose-leaf tea products may be shipped through USPS or selected for local pickup at checkout.

If you want, I’d also add one short line about how many business days you need before an order actually ships, because that will stop people from assuming “USPS Priority” means you baked and mailed it the same day.

Return Policy and use:

Tea Cakes
For best quality, keep tea cakes sealed in their original packaging and store in a cool, dry place. Enjoy within 7–9 days of receiving your order. Tea cakes may also be frozen in an airtight container for longer storage.

Loose-Leaf Tea
Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong odors.

Freshly Brewed Tea
Keep refrigerated and enjoy chilled. Local pickup only — brewed tea cannot be shipped.

Shipping & Pickup
Shippable products may be selected for shipping or local pickup at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Freshly brewed teas and other pickup-only items must be collected during the selected pickup window.

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are food items, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or has a quality issue, please contact Sip & Spill Tea Co. as soon as possible with your order information and photos so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Tea Cake Cottage Food Notice
Tea cakes are prepared in a home kitchen and are not produced in a licensed or regulated facility.

That can be your standard product-policy section, and then we can shorten it for individual products so customers don’t have to read information that doesn’t apply to what they’re buying.
